Blind - Control Skill:
Consumes 50 rage to stun and damage the target.
Can be cast even if you are suppressed.
Red Node:
Green Node: No longer consumes rage to cast. Reduce CD to 13 sec. Regenerate all rage after using the skill. No longer stuns the target. For mobs with 3 marks on them, casting will inflict 4x the damage, consuming all 3 marks in the process.
Blue Node: Can now escape from being supressed.

Causes target to lose breath points if cast after using "Buff".
