CHARACTER CUSTOMIZATION 

Below is a CN video detailing and featuring the character customization features. Unfortunately it is narrated in Chinese, but the visuals are still very helpful.
Note that you cannot have spaces in your name, and that you unlock an (rather insignificant) achievement for using a name with only Chinese characters.

There are some restrictions on names. No spaces are allowed.
If you choose to have a name with letters in it (not all in Chinese), then the game will give a popup asking you if you want to change it. You can just hit confirm (left button) if you want to go ahead and use it.

You may also find that your name is already taken, so you will need to try another name:

is it possible to customize the body?

There are no body customizations currently. They will be releasing a girl loli body shape eventually (predicted for the major patch in July/Aug 2017). Body sliders still seem unlikely, however.

Hello, I always get stuck at character creation ,whenever i click at done nothing happens Could u tell me whats the problem?

Are you getting a popup? Or is the screen just freezing? If it is the game freezing, I would check if there's any issues with your installation (check system locale, video card drivers, or faulty installation). Sometimes if I spend too long on the character creation page I get logged out, so it could be that too (but unlikely).

If there's a popup please take a screenshot and post it here so we can translate it for you if needed.
